The history of Väinölä goes all the way back to the 18th century, when it functioned as the most important trade centre of the area. The property is a two hectares large fenced area, and it is located by the beautiful and clean Lake Simojärvi. The manor has two main buildings, a separate sauna building, an old granary, horse stables, and a lit horseback riding field. The main building can accommodate 10 persons.
