Meeting packages

1. Mini-meeting, duration 4 hours

The mini-meeting package includes the use of the conference facilities for 4 hours. Coffee, sandwiches and water are provided as refreshments. Our state-of-the-art conference technology is freely at your disposal. Should you need assistance, the conference staff can always be reached at the ticket counter of the wildlife park. Stationery is available at the conference facilities.
Price: € 18. 00 per person; 5–60 people.

2. Day at the wildlife park, duration 6 hours

The conference room is decorated in a wildlife theme, which gives the conference facilities a very peaceful and inspirational atmosphere. This meeting package includes coffee and pastries upon arrival, lunch, afternoon coffee and a savoury snack.
The package also includes the use of our conference technology, coffee and stationery. Should you need assistance during the meeting, the conference staff can always be reached at the ticket counter of the wildlife park.

3. Day with the wolf pack, duration 8 hours

The conference room at Ranua Wildlife Park can be a doorway to a whole new world for your conference participants. This meeting package includes coffee and pastries in the morning, a buffet lunch and coffee in the afternoon.
At the end of the day, we will take you on a guided tour of the wildlife park. Your guide will even let you take a peek inside the wolf enclosure to give you some insight into the daily lives of wolves.
Our conference facilities are equipped with modern, state-of-the-art conference technology. Should you need assistance, the conference staff can always be reached at the ticket counter of the wildlife park.

4. Nightless night meeting, duration 8 hours

This meeting package will be tailored individually for your group. Most of the meeting takes place in the evening. The package includes coffee upon arrival, dinner, refreshments during the meeting and an evening snack.
After the meeting, one of our skilled professional guides will take you on a special guided tour in the nightless night of the wildlife park. As you enter the park, you will find the atmosphere is completely different to how it is during a daytime visit, because this time your group will be alone in the wildlife park with just the animals for company. Animals generally tend to be more active from dusk, so you and your group are bound to have a very exciting tour. Once the guided tour is over, you will be served hot drinks in the Lappish hut in the wildlife park.
The changing seasons give their own flavour to our nightless night meeting packages. In the summertime, the guided tour takes place in the soft light of Finnish summer nights. In the wintertime, everyone will be provided with warm clothing and a headlamp.
You will be able to marvel at how well you can see the animals in the light of your headlamp even in the pitch-black darkness of Arctic winter nights. This helps create an exciting, mysterious atmosphere. You will also have the opportunity to feed some of the animals under your guide’s expert supervision.

The conference facilities of Ranua Wildlife Park are decorated with wildlife-theme reliefs that give the facilities a truly unique atmosphere. The conference facilities can be modified and tailored to meet the needs of different groups. When you pre-book a meeting, we will review the details with you and design the perfect conference environment for your group. You can either choose one of our ready-made packages or ask us to tailor a meeting just for your group if you have something different in mind.

Meals are always served in our restaurant, Jussan Pirtti. We serve a buffet lunch with four main course options, soup and a varied selection of salads, drinks and breads.
The option of dining in the Lappish hut in the wildlife park is also available throughout the year. The hut truly is the perfect place to enjoy an atmospheric dinner. It has a large open fireplace in its centre and is big enough to accommodate 48 people at any one time.

Ranua Wildlife Park offers you the opportunity to host many different types of meeting and enjoy a wide variety of complementary services. Wouldn’t it be invigorating to take a break from a meeting and go for a husky or reindeer sleigh ride? At their shortest, these recreational activities take just a few minutes of your time, but you can return to your meeting feeling thoroughly refreshed and energised.
