Wintertime reindeer sled rides in the wildlife park

During the Christmas season, visitors can get to know the reindeer more closely by participating in a reindeer sled ride that takes place in the wildlife park. The reindeer sled rides are provided by a local reindeer owner, Heikki Juotasniemi.

Ranua Wildlife Park reindeer safari (3 km)

15 December - 10 April

This longer reindeer safari starts from the safari house yard located in the park premises. The route goes through the forests of Ranua. The safari reindeer are well-trained also for longer routes.
